I did not have Brown rice and didn’t want to waste it. So I cooked white rice, drained it and washed it in water and warmed to get the starch off. TASTED DELICIOUS! Canned greens I washed in water the same way. I’m working with what I have. Sometimes we can only afford what we can afford and/or these are leftovers from before I started my health journey.
