Today I made my first Oatmeal Jar. I used mango, blueberries and other healthy ingredients including chai seeds. I am going to make more flavors to eat daily. I got to manage my time and get projects done. 2018 is a real productive year!

Dinner. Tilapia goes well for everything. For Brussel Sprouts they come in a bag. I boil them and then brown them in skillet and mix butter on them. Then top with parmesan cheese.

today I mixed my 2 loves. Moscato and chicken and it is delicious and spicy pinto beans. I started to add asparagus but I changed my mind because these beans got a ton of green and red in it. happy Sunday and happy health.
