It is hard to get out in the cold and crutches so I dined in for V day. Filet Mignon, grilled shrimp and Corn.
I maybe down to 1 leg but I still cooked a healthy Italian chicken. I prepared these this evening while my foot feels good for me to eat tomorrow. DOWN BUT NOT OUT. Had chicken cut in half at butcher and then seasoned and marinated in my favorite spices. 💃💃💃
