Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. today I prepared a cherry strawberry mango smoothie with a little spinach. this is part of my formula to help my mom feel better . she need green but hates it, so I hid it in delicious smoothie. she sipped it all up and IN🤗
All I ate for dinner was mixed greens, hot water corn bread and boiled egg. Yummy.
it made my ride to work better. spinach, mangos and banana.
