pineapple chicken. ingredients: lite brown sugar pineapple in lite syrup we are diabetic with butter. mix ingredients and let marinate over night and then bake the next day in virgin olive oil and butter.
Morning smoothie: black and strawberry smoothie. My will be this evening and throughout the day but the intake of healthy food begin when I wake up.
my Saturday night meat is all from free food. it tastes delicious. it taste so good. my plan was to bake a sweet potatoes but all this beef was enough.
Today I made my first Oatmeal Jar. I used mango, blueberries and other healthy ingredients including chai seeds. I am going to make more flavors to eat daily. I got to manage my time and get projects done. 2018 is a real productive year!

Dinner. Tilapia goes well for everything. For Brussel Sprouts they come in a bag. I boil them and then brown them in skillet and mix butter on them. Then top with parmesan cheese.
Strawberry Mango and Spinach slipped out my hand plus it is raining. What a way to start a Day.
