I maybe down to 1 leg but I still cooked a healthy Italian chicken. I prepared these this evening while my foot feels good for me to eat tomorrow. DOWN BUT NOT OUT. Had chicken cut in half at butcher and then seasoned and marinated in my favorite spices. 💃💃💃
I had foot surgery the other day and out of commission for 4 weeks but I am still hobbling enough to stay on task and eat healthy. Chopped pecan chicken bacon salad. I get my best inspiration when I am being still.
