Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. today I prepared a cherry strawberry mango smoothie with a little spinach. this is part of my formula to help my mom feel better . she need green but hates it, so I hid it in delicious smoothie. she sipped it all up and IN🤗
cherry and bananas smoothie is my breakfast of choice.
day 2 of green beans. added stuff chopped cleaned and stuffed with vegetables in 15 minutes. healthy can still be good. contributed by mary holmes

it doesn’t cost much to be healthy, just proper planning. bought bananas when they were .29 a pound and frozen. Remaining (spinach, strawberries and mangos) ingredients are compliments of Dollar Tree.
