Today after a long brutal day I cooked collard greens. I love all that’s great. The greens were marinated half the day in vinegar for tendering purposes, then seasoned to my liking and cooked in smoked turkey leg. I like mine with boiled egg and hot water cornbread 😎 STAY GREEN
I prepared this in 5 minutes before I went to work. Let’s get it done, no excuses.
Step 1: the setup of the ingredients. Strawberries, yogurt, grape juice and spinach. Step 2: blend Step 3: enjoy
I promise I didn’t eat it myself oven baked turkey and lean hamburger topped with bacon, sorry guys. We try to do Better daily but the strong even fall. 🤔
Raw carrots, spinach, vanilla protein powder and strawberries. Great for eyes and immune system.
Maybe not so much egg next time. Pecans, cranberries, grilled chicken, spinach, orange mandarins and apples.
